We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discovery Cards. All payment information entered through this website is done so through a secure server with SSL encryption. No information will be shared with a third party.

Shipping
All U. S. orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping and handling is a flat fee of $7.00 per order. Since each Lucy NCoCo item is handmade, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for delivery. (If you need to rush an order, please contact us via e-mail and we will work with you to meet your delivery date. Rush fees may be charged.) To ship to more than one address, you will need to place separate orders.

Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. If an item is no longer available, you will be notified via e-mail.

Returns
Returns can only be accepted if an item is defective or does not meet order specifications. Once the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will refund your credit card for the original purchase plus reasonable shipping costs incurred in returning your Lucy NCoCo purchase. Please contact us via e-mail at lucyncoco@lucyncoco.com for a return address. This must be done within 14 days of delivery of your order.
